Your holiday itinerary (ex Perth, Western Australia)

Day 1. Perth to Yanchep (LD)
Start your day exploring some of the historical gems in the region with a visit to Cockman House, uncover its rich settler history, then enjoy morning tea and visit at the Wanneroo Museum. Continue to Buckingham House for a glimpse into rural life of the past. Savour a meal with coastal views at the Ocean View Tavern for lunch, followed by a scenic drive through Yanchep’s beautiful landscapes as we arrive to our hotel. Settle in and unpack for the duration of your holiday!
Overnight each night: Yanchep Inn

Day 2. Yanchep National Park (BLD)
Awaken with a visit to Yanchep National Park, immerse yourself in nature and enjoy morning tea at the charming Choc Drops Café. Afterward, we discover the rich traditions with an Aboriginal Cultural Experience and explore the informative McNess House Visitor Centre. Don't miss the chance to observe koalas up close at the Koala View Platform. For lunch, we visit Yanchep Lavender Farm, where you can dine amidst fragrant lavender fields. By afternoon journey to the Gravity Discovery Centre, where you can explore interactive exhibits and learn about the wonders of the universe. In the evening, return to Yanchep Inn for a festive Christmas in July celebratory dinner, complete with all the excitement and trimmings of Christmas.

Day 3. Homeward bound via Caversham National Park (BL)
Today, we visit Caversham Wildlife Park, where you can interact with Australia’s unique wildlife. After a morning of nature and exploring we gather for a farewell lunch together at the Park Café, reflecting on the memorable experiences, with hearts full and new memories made, begin the journey home, cherishing the time spent together on holiday. Upon arrival into Perth, we see you safely home.

Our tour activity levels are a guide to the required fitness level for each of our holidays.


Look out for the feet when reading about a tour!

  • Relaxed

    Suitable for travellers with lower mobility.


    You will be required to embark/disembark coaches, trains and other transport via steps unaided. You must be able to carry your own luggage and walk short distances. Stairs may need to be negotiated at times. Travellers with walking aids (sticks and walkers) are welcome and those requiring accompanying assistance and/or carer may consider these holidays.

  • Moderate

    Required to walk confidently and unaided.


    Expect guided walking tours of attractions with occasional inclines and stair climbs, some long days and multiple hotel changes during the holiday. Your accommodation may require access via stairs, a short walk to reach hotel facilities and have showers over baths. Walkers are ok unless there is overnight rail or cruising included in the tour.

  • Active

    Requires some fitness. Involves longer days filled with activities, excursions requiring standing and walking for extended periods of time and nature-based activities. You will be required to walk confidently over uneven ground and surfactant at a timely pace.

  • Highly Active

    Requires good general fitness. Excursions will be over more difficult terrain and require a certain level of agility. You will be required to walk confidently for up to 3 hours over uneven surfaces including soft sand, rocky surfaces and creek crossing. Some itineraries will explore remote locations. No walkers allowed.

  • Challenging

    A high level of fitness is required. Tours have an emphasis on active pursuits and often explore remote locations which are challenging to access. You will be required to walk confidently for up to 6 or more hours per day and have experience in outdoor pursuits. No walkers allowed.
