Itinerary
Day 1: Perth to Margaret River (D)
We will collect you from home by courtesy small charter vehicle, then it’s off to meet your coach crew and fellow passengers. Enjoy a delightful coffee and cake at Café Cherie French Café in Pinjarra before travelling through the picturesque towns of Bunbury and Busselton en route to Margaret River.
Overnight: Great Escape Resort, Margaret River
Day 2: Margaret River to Augusta (BLD)
Join a local wildflower expert for a breathtaking day of coastal and forest scenery. Visit Surfers Point and River Mouth Beach for panoramic ocean views before embarking on a short wildflower trail. Stop at Gnarabup Beach for another scenic coastal walk, then admire the dramatic sinkhole from the Lake Cave viewing platform. Enjoy a scenic drive through the ancient Boranup Karri Forest before morning tea at Boranup Café and Artisan Gallery. Journey along the Southern Ocean scenic drive to the historic Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, where the Southern and Indian Oceans meet. Relax over lunch at the Augusta Historic Hotel, with stunning views over the Blackwood River. Return to Margaret River via a stop at Witchcliffe Artisan Village.
Day 3: Margaret River to Cape Naturaliste (BLD)
Discover the region’s stunning landscapes and history with a day immersed in wildflower trails and heritage sites. Begin with a guided walk through the Jarrah Forest wildflower trail before exploring the Historic Railway Trail, where native orchids and vibrant wildflowers thrive. Visit Ellensbrook Homestead, the first settlement in Margaret River, followed by morning tea at the picturesque Olio Bello olive grove. Continue to Meelup Ridge for breathtaking wildflower vistas before lunch in the Cape Naturaliste area. Walk among the beautiful coastal flora at Cape Naturaliste and marvel at the dramatic granite formations of Canal Rocks before returning to Margaret River.
Day 4: Cowaramup and Dunsborough (BD)
Start your day with a charming morning tea at Cowaramup Park, home to the iconic Cow Statues. Enjoy sweet treats at Candy Cow and wander through the quaint shops of Cowaramup before heading to Dunsborough for lunch at your leisure. In the afternoon, indulge in a delicious treat at the famous Simmo’s Ice Creamery before a relaxed evening and dinner at the hotel.
Day 5: Margaret River to Perth (BL)
Relaxed and refreshed from your South West escape, it is time to bid farewell and journey home. Stop for a cheese tasting at Harvey Cheese before a final farewell lunch at the Drakesbrook Hotel in Waroona. Arrive back in Perth, where we will ensure your safe return home.

Relaxed
Suitable for travellers with lower mobility.
You will be required to embark/disembark coaches, trains and other transport via steps unaided. You must be able to carry your own luggage and walk short distances. Stairs may need to be negotiated at times. Travellers with walking aids (sticks and walkers) are welcome and those requiring accompanying assistance and/or carer may consider these holidays.

Required to walk confidently and unaided.
Expect guided walking tours of attractions with occasional inclines and stair climbs, some long days and multiple hotel changes during the holiday. Your accommodation may require access via stairs, a short walk to reach hotel facilities and have showers over baths. Travellers with walking sticks are welcome unless there is overnight rail or overnight cruising - please check with staff.
