Day 1. Perth to Exmouth (D)
Today we collect you from home and transfer you to the Perth Airport for your flight to Learmonth Airport. Upon arrival, transfer to Exmouth - the gateway to the Cape Range National Park. Overnight: Potshot Resort, Exmouth
Day 2. Yardie Creek cruise (BLD)
This morning travel through the Cape Range National Park to Yardie Creek. On a tranquil cruise, learn about the area’s Indigenous history, flora and fauna as you view the spectacular multi-coloured gorge cliffs and abundant wildlife. Next the Milyering Discovery Centre houses a wide range of information about the region. Overnight: Potshot Resort, Exmouth
Day 3. Range and reef adventures (BD)
This morning, discover the history, ecology and significant sites of the Cape Range National Park and Ningaloo Reef. Then we will enjoy a tour of the Ningaloo Centre before taking a cruise from Tantabiddi to complete the day’s touring. View the colours of the Ningaloo coastline, spot marine life and witness a famous North West sunset. Overnight: Potshot Resort, Exmouth
Day 4. Bullara Station and Coral Bay (BD)
Today we will visit Bullara Station to marvel at the wonders of the raw Australian outback and learn about life on a working cattle station. In Coral Bay we will join the Subsea Explorer to cruise the calm waters of the bay and view the myriad of marine life beneath the surface. Overnight: Best Western, Carnarvon
Day 5. Carnarvon’s industries and history (BD)
In Carnarvon, a local resident will provide a comprehensive tour of Carnarvon and its surrounds. Delve into the horticultural and marine industries of the Gascoyne region, visit the heritage precinct and the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum. Overnight: Best Western, Carnarvon
Day 6. Wooramel Station (BD)
On our journey south to Kalbarri, we will visit Wooramel Station - a family-owned working cattle, sheep and goat outback station. Discover the story behind the hot baths and relax over morning tea (pack your bathers in a day bag just in case time allows for a quick dip in the baths). Overnight: Kalbarri Edge Resort, Kalbarri
Day 7. Kalbarri National Park and Skywalk (BD)
Witness resident pelicans being hand fed at Kalbarri’s scenic foreshore, before travelling into the heart of the ruggedly beautiful Kalbarri National Park. Here, we’ll step on to the new Kalbarri Skywalk lookout to admire panoramic views of the ancient landscape from this spectacular vantage point. Overnight: Kalbarri Edge Resort, Kalbarri
Day 8. Murchison cruise (BLD)
Travel down the Murchison River on a Kalbarri Wilderness Cruise this morning to admire the ancient landscapes and abundant wildlife. Marvel at the geology, native birds and learn about the impact of convicts on the area. Following the cruise, step inside the largest free-flight parrot aviary in the country. Wander the tropical gardens and enjoy close-up encounters with the colourful residents. Overnight: Kalbarri Edge Resort, Kalbarri
Day 9. Kalbarri to Perth (BL)
Travel along the scenic Indian Ocean Drive on the journey south. Enjoy a farewell lunch in Jurien Bay, then upon arrival in Perth we will see you safely home.
