Day 1. Perth to Sydney (D)
Your tour commences with a courtesy collection from your home and transfers to the Perth Domestic Airport for your flight to Sydney.  Tonight come together for a welcome dinner at your hotel.  Overnight: Mercure Sydney Airport, Sydney
Day 2. Sydney to Norfolk Island (BD)
This morning, transfer to the Sydney International Airport for your flight to Norfolk Island.  Settle into your accommodation and island life.  Tonight a fun night out is planned!  With outfit supplied partake in Norfolk’s most popular feature dinner and dance night.  Dress as a convict and join in with the Commandant for an evening of feasting, singing and dancing.  Overnight each night: South Pacific Resort, Burnt Pine Township, Norfolk Island
Day 3. Introducing Norfolk (BD)
This morning, step inside Cyclorama, one of only a handful of paintings of its type in the world.  The stunning 360 degree panoramic painting with realistic 3D effects will leave you in awe.  A half day orientation tour will introduce you to the Island as you explore famous convict buildings, the renowned Melanesian Chapel, the Government and the Islands laws and lifestyle.  Tonight experience the Wonderland by Night encounter.  The setting is 10 acres of magical Norfolk pines and bushland lit up like an enchanted forest.  Meander along as a descendant of the Bounty mutineers recites poems and lights up the diorama.
Day 4. Convict Settlement Tour (BD)
Today take an in depth tour of the historic Georgian settlement of Kingston. Walk through the cemetery and hear the history of interesting convict and colonial headstones, hear stories of the houses along Quality Row, walk through the ruins of the New Gaol, see the Pier Store, Boat Shed and the Crank Mill. Afternoon tea is included.
Day 5. Local Industries and Traditional Feasts (BLD)
Go behind tourism to see local industries including a market garden, kentia palm nursery, vineyard, art, design, delicious products and more.  This evening will take you on the culinary journey from Tahiti to Pitcairn Island to Norfolk Island.  The night offers entertainment and a traditional feast cooked underground that represents the food journey of the islands history.
Day 6. Island Produce (BD)
Christian Brothers Cheese Company is a boutique dairy and cheese producer started by two island brothers Glen and John Christian. The tour will take you through a local farm with beautiful ocean views to meet the milk cows, try the milking machine, see beehives and hear about producing the local honey. A quick visit to the local sawmill is an added bonus.  At Glen’s house, on the verandah with scenic ocean and valley views, sample the range of cheeses with tasty condiments and complementary wine. John the cheese maker will also give an informative talk.  This evening on the beautiful cliff tops of Puppies Point view a glorious sunset and feast on Island dishes.
Day 7. Island Culture and Scenery (BD)
Spectacular scenery will unfold as you take an early stroll along your choice of two scenic walks.  At the end of your walk you will arrive at the cliff top for a delicious BBQ breakfast.  In the afternoon on a cultural tour, see many demonstrations of the islands art and craft and visit a home to learn about the cooking.  Tonight enjoy a three course meal progressing to three different island homes.  Along the way you will learn a little about the homes and the hosting families, and also about the local produce and recipes of the island.
Day 8. Marine Life and Pitcairn Settlers (BD)
Join two Norfolk Islanders who will share their knowledge of Norfolk’s unique marine life aboard their glass bottom boat.  View beautiful coral gardens and tropical fish and listen to full commentary with a dash of humour.  On the Pitcairn Settlers tour visit one of the few remaining original settler’s properties to view the magnificent homestead gardens, a blacksmiths forge, a WWII Army Hut and the Museum of Memorabilia. Descendants of the mutineers will then bring to life, the famed Mutiny on the Bounty, and Norfolk Islands historic events.
Day 9. Homeward Bound (B)
Spend time at the Bounty Folk Museum to purchase mementoes of your wonderful holiday.  Next, transfer to the Norfolk Airport for the flight to Sydney then on to Perth.  On arrival we will see you safely home.
