Day 1. Perth to Carnarvon (D)
We collect you from home for the flight to Carnarvon. On arrival a local guided tour of Carnarvon delves into the horticultural and aquiculture industries of the Gascoyne region and visits heritage precincts and the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum. Overnight: Best Western, Carnarvon
Day 2. Plantations and Outback Stations (BLD)
First stop is Bumbuk’s Plantation for gorgeous tropical produce then Wooramel Station a family owned working cattle, sheep and goat outback station. Get a taste of station life, discover the story behind the hot baths and relax over lunch. In the afternoon settle aboard the coach for the journey on to Monkey Mia. Day 3. Monkey Mia Dolphins and Aquarium (BLD)
Meet the Monkey Mia Dolphins then step inside the Shark Bay World Heritage Discovery Centre where a wealth of information features natural wonders, maritime history, flora and fauna, early explorers and local industries. At the Ocean Park Aquarium, enjoy lunch and a guided tour to view the original habitants of Shark Bay and WA’s largest shark lagoon. Overnight: Monkey Mia Resort, Monkey Mia
Day 4. Shark Bay Marine Life (BD)
marine life cruise starts your day. Go in search of dugongs, dolphins, turtles, mantaray’s and other amazing marine life. After the cruise there is free time to relax or find your own adventure. Choose a 4WD experience or scenic flight (at your own expense), swimming or relaxation at the resort. Overnight: Monkey Mia.
Day 5. Shark Bay Natural Wonders (BLD)
Shell Beach is a beautiful snow white beach formed by millions of tiny shells then travel Hamelin Pool is home to the famous stromatolites. In the afternoon aboard the coach settle in for the journey on to Kabarri. It is an epic journey that will reward you with isolated stretches of outback WA. Overnight: Kalbarri Edge Resort, Kalbarri
Day 6. Kalbarri Ancient Landscapes (BD)
A favourite amongst WA’s families for decades, Kalbarri’s soaring gorges, spectacular river landscapes, striking colours and remarkable flora and fauna are to be enjoyed today. Cruise down the Murchison River then tour the ancient landscapes aboard the coach before finishing at the amazing Rainbow Jungle filled with glorious garden settings and birdlife. Overnight: Kalbarri
Day 7. Oakabella Homestead and Geraldton (BD)
Morning tea and a guided tour are planned at Oakabella Homestead and Tea Rooms. Walk through the original 13 room homestead and outbuildings to learn about the story of Oakabella. Lunch is at your leisure on Geraldton’s new foreshore development. In the afternoon travel through Jurien Bay and on to Cervantes. Overnight: Cervantes
Day 8. Cervantes to Perth (BL)
Explore the world famous Pinnacles Desert then make the journey to Perth. On arrival we will see you safely home.
