Day 1. Perth to Brisbane (D)                                                      
Today we collect you from home for the flight to Brisbane. Upon arrival in Brisbane, we transfer to our hotel and tonight, we will come together for a welcome dinner. Overnight: Comfort Inn Northgate, Brisbane
Day 2. Brisbane to Cairns (BD)                                                   
This morning we will head to tropical North Queensland. Upon arrival in Cairns, a brief city orientation tour will introduce you to this world-class holiday destination. Tonight, a special evening is planned to welcome you to Cairns. Enjoy a feast and relax around the fire for a night of cultural entertainment.  Overnight: Novotel Cairns, Cairns
Day 3. Cairns iconic experiences (BL)                                         
Following a Cairns city tour, we stop at the of the Flecker Botanic Gardens, which showcases an impressive display of tropical flora including some of the rarest plants in the world. Established in 1886, this is considered one of the best exhibitions of tropical plants in Australia. Discover babbling brooks, ornate bridges and lush vegetation on your guided tour of this tropical oasis. Learn about tropical flora and horticulture before we whisk you off to the new Cairns Aquarium. View the incredible biodiversity of two adjoining World Heritage Listed areas – The Wet Tropics and The Great Barrier Reef. Overnight: Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, Cairns
Day 4. Rainforest & railways (BD)                                                        
Built over 100 years ago, the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway provides a spectacular scenic route between Cairns and Kuranda. Aboard this magnificent rail journey, you will wind your way past mountainous walls of the Barron Gorge National Park, through solid granite rock tunnels and tumbling rainforest waterfalls. Upon arrival in Kuranda, immerse yourself in the lush greenery of the “village in a rainforest”. Explore the top tourist attractions (at your own expense), wander through the famous markets or simply relax and enjoy the village. Then join an amazing gondola experience above the Wet Tropics rainforest for the return journey to Cairns. Overnight: Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, Cairns
Day 5. Crocodiles & Port Douglas (BD)                                        
Today, take the journey north along the spectacular Great Barrier Reef Drive, a coastal road alongside the forest and the Coral Sea. Then view hundreds of crocodiles at Hartley’s Creek Crocodile Adventures wildlife park, an award-winning eco-tourism attraction. Wander along boardwalks and pathways to discover the wildlife zones and join a boat cruise on the wetlands. Our next stop, is the quaint village of Port Douglas, one of Australia’s finest resort towns. Enjoy free time exploring the village, Macrossan Street, the marina, boutique shops and cafes. Overnight: Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, Cairns
Day 6. Cairns free day (BD)                                                                  
Today is free for you to do as you please. Relax at your hotel, explore Cairns or take an adventure of your own. Your Tour Leader will be on hand to assist you with your plans. You might like to experience the Great Barrier Reef by boat or scenic flight, visit an island or join a four-wheel-drive tour to the Daintree (at own expense). Relax this evening aboard a sunset harbour cruise. Overnight: Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, Cairns
Day 7. Cairns to Perth (B)                                                                     
Transfer to the Cairns Airport this morning for your return flight to Perth. Upon arrival, we will see you safely home.
