Day 1. Kojonup (D)           
Your tour begins with collection from home and a transfer to the coach. Travelling south across the Darling Ranges and into the heart of the Wheatbelt.  Enjoy morning tea in Williams, then stop for lunch in Kojonup before continuing our journey to the Great Southern. Overnight each night: Ace Accommodation, Albany
 
Day 2. Anzac history and sunset (BD) 
Discover Australia’s first federal fortress at Mount Adelaide, then visit the award-winning National Anzac Centre, gun pits, the underground magazine and the Australian Light Horse Museum. In the afternoon, we cruise Albany’s stunning waterways to view historic points of interest and a glorious sunset. Tonight, stunning Christmas light displays will illuminate Albany. Overnight: Ace Accommodation, Albany
 
Day 3. Christmas celebrations (BLD)   
Merry Christmas! Transport will be made available for those wishing to attend Christmas church services. Christmas lunch will be in the beautiful country setting of Denmark surrounded by rolling hills and tall timber forests at Castelli Estate. Back in Albany, tour the spectacular coastline and the Torndirrup National Park. View the Natural Bridge and The Gap that have been sculpted by the treacherous seas of the Southern Ocean and see the silhouettes of the massive wind farm turbines. For dinner tonight, prepare for a festive Christmas feast and warm hospitality from the staff at Ace Accommodation.
 
Day 4. Mt Barker and Porongurup National Park (BLD)
Today admire the countryside and learn the history of Mount Barker and the Porongurup National Park. Explore the Old Police Station Museum complex, before travelling into the Porongurup National Park to view the massive ancient granite domes that rise 670 metres high. Following lunch, we return to Albany and visit the Mount Romance Sandalwood Factory. We also see how local artist Darrel Radcliffe gives old wood new life and character with his chainsaw sculptures.
 
Day 5. Williams Woolshed (BL) 
On the homeward journey enjoy a farewell lunch at the Williams Woolshed where there are six different stores offering woollen products, gift wares, local produce and more. We then continue our journey to Perth. Upon arrival we will see you safely home.
