Day 1. Perth to Broome (D)
We collect you from home for the short flight to Broome. Upon arrival, enjoy a brief town tour then transfer to your resort accommodation. Overnight each night: Oaks Broome Hotel, Broome
Day 2. History of Broome and Staircase to the Moon (B)
Take a guided tour of the Pearl Luggers Museum then a tram tour reveals Broome’s rich history.  Following lunch tour the Broome Cemetery, before travelling to Gantheaume Point - a magnificent area with red cliffs contrasting against the turquoise ocean and look for the petrified dinosaur footprints at the water’s edge.  In the evening, stroll the Staircase Markets and witness the marvelous natural phenomenon that is the Staircase to the Moon. Enjoy live entertainment as you browse stalls featuring local produce, handmade products and international food.
Day 3. Broome’s pearling industry (BLD)       
Learn about the fascinating history of the pearling industry today. See the making of world-famous Broome pearls at Willie Creek Pearl Farm. After the tour, lunch will be served overlooking the picturesque Willie Creek tidal estuary. 
Day 4. Broome free day (BD)
Today explore Broome at your leisure. There are many attractions and activities to choose from. You may wish to take a day trip or a hovercraft tour across Roebuck Bay, a camel train ride, a scenic flight or a helicopter ride. You can take a walk and swim at Cable Beach, or simply relax with a book in the tropical gardens by the hotel pool. (Please note: Optional tours are at your own expense and these activities must be booked in advance).
Venture to the Broome Bird Observatory to learn about the migratory shorebirds that visit Roebuck Bay, then head to Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park and Animal Refuge. There is an extraordinary display of Malcolm’s forty years producing his famous adventure films and a wildlife park, which is home to crocodiles, birds, kangaroos, euros, wallabies, emus, jabirus, snakes, lizards and a cassowary. Top off your tour with premium seating at a sublime evening of opera in beautiful Broome! Featuring gems from the great operas plus lighter songs to make you smile and swoon this wonderfully entertaining show has something for everyone and is perfect for both opera lovers and opera novices alike.
Day 6. Broome to Perth (B)
Following breakfast, meet local Yawuru man, Bart Pigram, who will share with you a small slice of 40,000 years of Kimberley culture before you board your return flight to Perth. Upon arrival we will see you safely home.
