This 14-day holiday begins with an introduction to Zagreb then crosses the border into Slovenia to explore the world-famous Postojna Cave, before heading to Pula, Rovinj and the Plitvice Lakes. Following a night in Split, we will embark on a spot of island hopping between the iconic islands of Hvar and Korčula before discovering delightful Dubrovnik.

Day 1. Zagreb (D)                                                                          
Stroll through chestnut-lined Strossmayer Promenade for your first taste of Zagreb. Join your local guide and fellow travellers this evening for a welcome dinner. Overnight: Sheraton Zagreb Hotel
 
Day 2. Zagreb’s Twin Towns (B)                                               
Explore the two-tiered capital of Croatia. Drive through the squares of the Lower Town (Donji Grad) to see the Mimara Art Museum in Roosevelt Square and continue to Ban Josip Jelacic Square en route to the cathedral. Then board the city's funicular to the medieval Upper Town (Gornji Grad). View the former Presidential Palace, Stone Gate, St. Mark's Church and the Lotrščak Tower. The afternoon is at leisure. Day 3. Postojna Cave & Opatija (BD)   
Venture into Slovenia to visit the world-famous Postojna Cave. Step aboard the cave train and descend into a subterranean world of stalactites, stalagmites, columns and curtains, before returning to Croatia, where your hotel is in the Belle Époque seaside-resort town of Opatija. Overnight: Remisens Heritage Hotel Imperial, Opatija 
 
Day 4. Pula & Rovinj (B)                                                              
Cross the heart-shaped peninsula to explore the jewels of Istria. Visit the well-preserved first-century arena at Pula, the scene of brutal gladiatorial battles in Roman times. Continue to the charming old town of Rovinj, rising directly from the sea. Wander through the cobbled streets lined with shops, pastel-coloured bars and sidewalk cafes. Day 5. Plitvice National Park (BD)                                            
Enjoy the stunning scenery of the Adriatic coastline this morning, before heading inland to visit one of Europe’s great natural wonders, the Plitvice Lakes. Overnight: Hotel Lyra, Ličko Petrovo Selo, Plitvice Lakes
 
Day 6. Split (BLD)                                                                                      
The green forests of the Plitvice Lakes National Park give way to pebble-dashed shores lapped by turquoise waters. Witness the change in landscape, as you travel through Mediterranean olive groves on your way to Trogir. Admire the cathedral and Renaissance Čipiko Palace before continuing to the historic port of Split. Enjoy a traditional dinner at a konoba (traditional Dalmatian restaurant) this evening. Day 7. Split to Hvar (BD)                                                 
In the morning, enjoy a walking tour through Split’s labyrinth of streets and intriguing historic buildings, then continue your adventure underground to explore the cellars. Cross the azure waters of the Adriatic to spend two nights on Croatia’s sunniest island, Hvar. Overnight: Amfora Hvar Grand Beach Resort, Hvar
 
Day 8. Hvar (B)                                                                                          
Enjoy a full day at leisure, as you explore the hidden coves, secluded beaches, old monasteries and villages of Hvar. Stroll around seaside Stari Grad, known for being one of Europe’s oldest towns and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight: Amfora Hvar Grand Beach Resort, Hvar
 
Day 9. Korčula (BD)                                                                                   
Cruise back to the mainland and continue your journey to the captivating island of Korčula, known for its history and rich culture. Overnight: Hotel Liburna, Korcula
 
Day 10. Korčula (B)                                                          
In the morning, join a walking tour of the Old Town. Marvel at spectacular views of the mainland as you stroll towards the main square of Korčula where the St. Mark’s Cathedral dominates the skyline. Hear about local legends and history as you visit the Town Museum, Bishop’s Palace and the Town Hall. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the narrow streets, beautiful churches and magnificent palaces of this charming medieval town. Overnight: Hotel Liburna, Korcula
 
Day 11. Dubrovnik (B)                                                                             
Travel to the beautiful southern slopes of the Pelješac Peninsula. Cruise the tranquil waters of the bay of Mali Ston (weather permitting) and admire the surrounding natural beauty, as you enjoy a glass of traditional Croatian brandy. Stop at a shellfish farm for a delicious sea-to-table tasting of the fresh shellfish, accompanied with a glass of wine. Continue to the walled town of Dubrovnik and join a walking tour of the city’s stone-paved streets inside the 16th century bastions of the Old Town. Walk past Onofrio's Fountain, see the Old Jewish Quarter and the synagogue, and marvel at the grandeur of the cathedral and the Franciscan and Dominican monasteries. The rest of the day is at leisure. In the evening, there is the option to enjoy dinner at a family home in a local small village. Overnight: Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Dubrovnik
 
Day 12. Dubrovnik (B)                                                     
Spend the day at your leisure or enjoy an optional visit to Montenegro for a journey along the coast to UNESCO World Heritage Listed port city, Kotor. Overnight:  Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Dubrovnik
 
Day 13. Dubrovnik (BD)                                       
Make the most of a day at leisure in the pearl of the Adriatic. This evening, you're invited to embark on a captivating cruise around the bay of Dubrovnik (weather permitting). Gaze out at the glistening water and the mighty city walls rising from the cliffs before your cruise moors in the Old Town Harbour. Overnight: Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Dubrovnik
 
Day 14. Dubrovnik to Perth (B)                                                             
After breakfast, board a departure transfer to Dubrovnik Airport.
