I write to thank you all for the wonderful tour that we had as noted above. 

As some of you will be aware, we initially won the 3 day “Cherry” tour in a competition, which we upgraded to the 5 day trip.  We are very glad that we made this change, because 3 days would have been too short. 

The detail and planning that went into this tour, the selection of venues to visit and the hotel accommodation were first class and I commend all for the concept and development.  Christine and Neil were impeccable in their approach to their work and were very competent, helpful and compassionate to those who were mildly incapacitated and required walking frames and assistance.  Nothing appeared to faze Chris and she kept up the humour and goodwill throughout. They are wonderful ambassadors for your company and made the tour carefree for the passengers. 

The extra little gestures such as the visit to Simmo’s Ice cream and the Christmas night lights really made the occasion.  There is grand planning and thought behind your enterprise and we may well take another trip, particularly as we made friends on the tour with whom we are retaining a friendship.

Thank you again and we wish you all and villa every success in 2018.
